The Ricoma Cap Heat Press offers precision and versatility for all cap styles. Featuring a high-pressure, easy-to-use clamshell design, it ensures perfect transfers with even heat and pressure. Ideal for various applications from vinyl to sublimation, it's equipped with a digital touchscreen for easy settings adjustment and a nonstick surface for quick cleanup. Perfect for high-volume production.
Auto-Release Function
No more sitting around and babysitting your heat press! Unlike manual heat presses, all of Ricoma’s heat presses have an auto-release feature. This means that when the timer runs out, the heat press automatically lifts the heating plate. A feature like this saves you time by allowing you to confidently complete other tasks, like DTG printing or using an embroidery machine, without worrying that the cap will be pressed longer than the timer allots.
Press All Kinds Of Caps
With the Ricoma cap heat press, you won’t be restricted to just heat pressing one type of cap. Its curved heating plate can accommodate many cap styles, including trucker, fitted, snapback, strapback, flexfit, 5-panel, visor caps, and more.
Multiple Application Methods
The Ricoma cap heat press can do several heat transfer applications. You can use it to do digitally printed heat transfers, screen printed transfers, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, and much more. You can even attach rhinestones and embroidery patches to caps with this heat press. Additionally, you can use the cap heat press with a Ricoma embroidery machine to create mixed-media products that will attract customers and raise profits.
