2-needle / 4-thread overlock (safety stitch) machine (stitch type 514) for medium materials. Equipped with energy-saving AC Servo motor built-in into machine head (550w) and automatic needle positioning (top - bottom). AC Servo motor saves up to 70% energy comparing to a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor. Ensures quiet work without adverse vibration.
Needles gauge 2 mm, seam width 4 mm (6 mm with safety stitch), max. sewing speed 6.500 s.p.m., differential bottom feed and top feed - ensures accurate guiding of the upper layer of material, eliminates the problem of sewing over cross seams. Direct drive type needle bar and central lubrication. Stitch length (density) adjustable by special mechanism. It has a differential adjustment in the range of 0.8-1.4 mm. LED needle light included.

For this machine we recommend needle system B-27 with correct needle points, depending on the fabric.
