Styrteknik Wanda

The Wanda model features a conyeyor belt that feeds two Hector machines which simultaneously sew two circles opposite each other. The spacing between the two circles can be mechanically adjusted from 14.5cm and 20cm.

The cushions are detected automatically via photocell and the distance between each pair of circles is set electronically. The computer can store several patterns.

The average cycle time is 8 pairs of circles/tufts per minute.

Conveyor size: 4m x 0.5m (made up of 3 x 9cm bands)
