Merrow MG-3U Badge Edging Machine
The Merrow Edge is the standard bearer for emblem edging on smaller patches, badges, and insignias. Noticeable for its finish and regularity, the Merrow Emblem Edge is a distinctive mark of quality. Sewing edges on an MG-3U assures a uniformly finished, unmatched stitch.
This machine makes a 1/8" to 3/16" stitch at a standard rate of 28 SPI (though this can be decreased or increased to 20 or 40 SPI respectively), yet even while running at 5500 RPM still operates under 90 dbA.

It is a versatile industrial machine that will satisfy the needs of the local emblem shop to the factory producing thousands of patches per day.

Fabrics & Processes
The MG-3U will sew: Woven Fabric, Knit Fabric, Terry Towel, Denim, Technical Textiles and Nonwovens. While the machines sew exceptionally on mid-weight woven fabrics, it performs well on a huge number of materials from vulcanized rubber to fiberglass to insulation.

With more than 645 different needle plates and feed dogs, we can modify the sitch to accomodate more demanding fabrics.

MG-3UN (Narrow Emblem Edge)
The Merrow MG-3UN is an emblem edging machine from Merrow that sews the smallest, tightest edge on patches, badges, and emblems. Ideal for smaller sized media, the MG-3UN offers a unique sewn edge.

MG-3UV (Hook and Loop Emblems)
The Merrow MG-3UV sews an emblem edge on hook and loop patches at high speed. This machine sews without taking up any of the hook and loop backing, ensuring the integrity of the stitch as well as the adhesiveness of the patch.

MG-3UW (Wide Emblem Edging)
The Merrow MG-3U Wide sews a clean, wide edge on emblems and patches. It is ideal for larger media when more accent at the edge is required.
