We offer two types of Gift Voucher - Online Gift Vouchers or In-store Gift Vouchers.

ONLINE VOUCHERS
A voucher code/codes to the order value will be emailed to you by the following working day of your purchase. Voucher codes may only be redeemed towards the purchase of products on www.­hobkirk.­co.­uk .We are unable to give refunds or credit on gift vouchers if the product order is below the gift voucher value.

Please state in the notes section at the checkout,  if you would prefer separate codes for each voucher, otherwise one voucher code for the total amount will be sent.

IN-STORE VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers to the value of your order will be posted to you by Royal Mail 1st Class post for use in-store only at Hobkirk Sewing Machines and may only be redeemed towards the purchase of products, we are unable to offer refunds or credit on vouchers if the product order value is below the gift voucher value.

• Online gift vouchers will not be accepted in-store.
• In-store gift vouchers will not be accepted online.
• Gift vouchers and voucher codes expire one year from the date of issue.
• If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's gift voucher value, the remaining amount must be paid with via another payment method.
• Gift vouchers and voucher codes cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
• Hobkirk Sewing Machines will not be responsible for any gift voucher and voucher code that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
