I placed my order with Hobkirks and when it arrived I had made a error with the size I wanted. I contacted Hobkirks and spoke to Nikki, who was so helpful and helped me sort out my issue. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are very professional and friendly, a really joy to deal with. Thank you again for your help.

I placed a very small order for sewing machinefeet, I received myorder very quickly, and I was made to feel that although it was a small order it mattered, 10 out 10 for customer service.

Visited today to collect an industrial embroidery machine. Had a fantastic day with Marcus showing us how the machine works. No question left unanswered and nothing was too much trouble. Other staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Thank you all for such a lovely day and wonderful service.
